121 Coaching Supervision
If you are a coach who is commited to your craft and always seeking to ensure you are giving your clients the best experience then supervision is an integral part of this.
As a coach, Supervision helps to maintain your own wellbeing and safety and helps ensure you aren’t bringing your stuff to your client sessions.
Supervision provides a place to focus on your coaching practice, who you are as a coaching practitioner (development), as a coaching professional (management/structure) and you as a whole person (support).
So no, you don’t HAVE to have supervision as a coach but its best practice to do so. I’m passionate about raising standards in the industry and quality, inclusive and compassion-centered supervision has a huge part to play.
